Here is its handle… here is its spout…
We found this darling little handmade teapot that has the classic style perfect for our Victorian cottage and is now sitting in its permanent place on the cooktop of our primary kitchen.
Remember the backsplash we discovered for our primary kitchen?
Well, we finally picked up the actual tiles. It required trips to two different Home Depot’s… one in Amsterdam and one in Saratoga Springs. But, those gorgeous tiles are now in our possession. We ordered our grout and are scheduled to pick it up this week. And… I asked Scott to set to the side his installation of the insulation and install the backsplash in the bakery and primary kitchen. After all, our weather is warming quickly and he has all summer to complete the insulation before cool weather will return.
Also, I asked my precious husband to finish installing the window trim on the remaining windows in the primary kitchen… the bay windows and the side window by the copper sink. (FYI… he graciously switched his priorities, to accommodate my wishes)
With the completion of these huge projects we will have two of my absolute favorite places in our cottage ready for all seasons…
