To all our friends and family in Hawai’i and along the Carolinas we send our thoughts and prayers for your safety. We may be under construction, but we have floor space should you need shelter.
A reprieve from the toils of our construction… A moment of, what we hope you consider, lightness…
Our puppies take quite a few supplemental pills every day. Morning is Cosequin for their joints; before lunch they take Soloquin, to calm their nervous energy and a Salmon pill for their coats. Since Happy has aged her skin has needed an extra assist to keep her coat rash free. Salmon pills work! Then, at night they take a liver support pill. Emmi had her liver problems that brought to light her need for support and Happy is older. A teeny bit of functioning support can’t hurt.
Both love their supplements… believing they are treats. But, our Happy is very possessive of her paws.
“Don’t touch!” she insists, if we approach either of her front paws.
Emmi, on the other hand, insists we hold her paw when she lays down, hold her paw when we cuddle, and places her paw on my hand every time we give her a pill.
