As I write this blog, zillions of tiny snowflakes are dancing in perfect synchronization to cover our ground. The glittering snow flakes providing a tilting white streak of bursting velvet here and there… our wonderful, glorious, fantastic, unexpected snowstorm!
Scott continues to complete the framing of each window for our bedroom with precision. Two frames are in place… Two to go. And, in the midst of working on the windows he continues to add paint remover to the fireplace scrolls and surrounding woodwork. Sooooo many layers… slowly those many layers are disappearing… very slowly…
Our tin ceiling that should have been here the end of October is arriving this week. At least it is on the truck and on its way here.
And, on a somber note, our sweet wonderful Happy dog struggles each day to stand. She is needing more help every day. We think her time with us is growing to a close…
